Shipping and Return Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms of shipping and returns at any time.

Orders

All orders are confirmed through email, which includes the price, shipping costs and a list of the ordered products. In order to receive the order confirmation, you must include your email address.

You agree to the terms of delivery for each order.

You will receive a payment confirmation from Paytrail Oyj. If you have any questions regarding the payment transaction, please contact Paytrail ([email protected]).

Payments 

Products and shipping costs are paid at the time of order. You have the following payment options to choose from: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Oma Säästöpankki, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Collector, Jousto, Paytrail account and PayPal. The payment is done through Paytrails Oyj’s site.

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Shipping

We ship to all countries in the European Union. All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in 1-3 business days. The shipping costs and methods are presented on the cart and checkout pages. You can choose from the following shipping methods:

Posti (only shipments inside Finland) – 6,90€

  • Shipping time 1-3 business days
  • Collect your package from Posti’s Parcel locker or a Posti outlet
  • We reserve the right to send a small package as a letter directly to your home address

DHL Express On Demand Delivery (only shipments outside Finland) – NOLA Training recommends! – 18,90€

  • Shipping time 1 business day
  • Receive your order reliably wherever and whenever you like
  • After your order has been processed, you will receive an email/SMS from DHL to choose from several convenient and flexible delivery options – Collect from DHL ServicePoint, schedule the delivery, signature waiver, delivery to someone else, delivery to another address, waiting time for holidays.

DHL Standard Global Mail (only shipments outside Finland) – 6,90€

  • Shipping time 2-6 business days
  • Receive your order through your local postal office
  • Please note that COVID-19 may affect your local postal services and cause delays

The shipping time is dependent on the delivery date and method of delivery.

Exchange & Return Policy

Orders have a 14-day exchange and return right. The exchange and return right is only applicable for products that are in their original packing, unused and merchantable. If you want to exchange or return the items you have received, you must inform us by sending an email to hello(at)nola-training.com. Please include the following information when contacting us:

  • Order number
  • Date of order / date when order was received
  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number

We do not accept exchanges or returns if they are done after 14 days of receiving the goods. When the return is accepted, we will send you a link through email from which you will be able to add your bank account number if you paid through your online bank. If the payment was done by card, we will return it to your card. If you have chosen invoice or instalment, we will cancel it.

As a consumer, you are responsible for the costs of returning or exchanging products. Any returns or exchanges must be sent as packages that can be verified and tracked.

Problems during delivery or defective products

If the product is lost during transport, defective or the wrong product is delivered to you, please report it immediately to hello(at)nola-training.com.

The notification of incorrect delivery or a defective product must be done as soon as possible. If the package is damaged, you must file a complaint immediately to the logistic partner.
